An existing residential dwelling was carefully repurposed and redesigned to function as a fully operational medical centre, aligning with local zoning regulations and compliance objectives.
The design process prioritised achievable outcomes within planning constraints, with particular attention given to parking provisions and accessibility standards in line with NCC requirements. The adaptive reuse approach enabled the transformation of the structure while maximising functionality, patient flow, and spatial efficiency for clinical operations.
