Ashneel completed his Diploma in Architecture in Fiji in 2002, beginning his career as a Junior Draftsperson while still studying. He later progressed to Senior Designer and Draftsperson, gaining experience across a wide range of architectural projects.
In 2008, Ashneel moved to Australia, expanding his expertise by working closely with builders, developers, construction companies, and interior designers. His experience across both design and construction management provides a strong understanding of the building process from concept to delivery.
In 2016, he founded AMS Design & Drafting, initially operating as a sole trader. Under his leadership, the practice has grown steadily, delivering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Ashneel continues to pursue Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and remains committed to delivering practical, high-quality design solutions for every client.
Moreen Lal
Assistant Admin
Moreen Lal has been part of AMS Design & Drafting since its beginning, playing an important role in supporting the company’s growth. She manages administrative operations and coordinates office activities while ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to operate smoothly.
With a background in the childcare sector, Moreen brings strong organisational skills and a people-focused approach, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Rupinder Kaur
Designer (Graduate M. Arch)
Rupinder Kaur holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Before moving to Australia, she gained professional experience in India, which helped shape her design perspective and passion for architecture.
Her multicultural background brings diverse influences to her work. Rupinder focuses on integrating creative design solutions with sustainable principles, contributing to projects that are both visually appealing and environmentally responsible.
Mylanie Ronquillo
Designer (B.S Arch)
Mylanie Ronquillo brings over 23 years of international architectural and interior design experience to the team. She has worked across the Philippines, Singapore, and other regions on a range projects including hospitals, hotels, community hubs, schools, and commercial developments.
Her expertise spans from design development to construction coordination, allowing her to contribute valuable insights and technical precision to the projects undertaken at AMS Design & Drafting.
Pranjli Virmani
Marketing and Business Development
Pranjli brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and business development. Having worked with various brands across India, helping them strengthen their identity, digital presence, and client engagement.
With a Master’s degree in Business, she contributes strategic marketing initiatives and innovative communication ideas that support the growth and visibility of AMS, helping the practice connect with clients effectively.
Anuva Mahi Singh
Intern
Anuva Mahi Singh has completed her Certificate III in Fundamental Design through a School-Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship program and is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting, further developing her technical skills and understanding of the building design industry.
As the youngest member of the team, Mahi brings fresh perspectives and a genuine enthusiasm for the design process. With a strong interest in architecture and interior design, she is building her experience while contributing to the collaborative environment at AMS Design & Drafting.
