AMS was responsible for the concept design and successfully obtaining both Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) approvals for the expansion of an existing medical centre in Cessnock. The scope included the addition of a surgery and multiple consultation rooms to accommodate the centre’s growing clinical requirements.
The design was developed in close collaboration with the client to ensure alignment with operational needs, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with the existing facility. The outcome enhances service delivery while supporting future scalability.
